Conservation Easement Baseline Inventories

LOCATION  Rolling Thunder Ranch, Sublette County, WY

YEAR  2014 & 2017

SCOPE  Two baseline inventories were conducted for the purpose of granting and maintaining conservation easements on the Rolling Thunder Ranch (4,000 acres). The inventories and reports served to:

  1. Document the condition of the property at the time of easement donation.
  2. Describe existing land uses on the property and in the surrounding area.
  3. Provide a basic level of descriptive information so that future conditions and trends, both natural and human induced, can be monitored.
  4. Identify and document the natural resources, open spaces and significant habitats associated with the property. 
 
 
BLM Snake River Parcels – Natural Resource Inventories

SERVICE TYPE  Wetland and vegetation mapping, wildlife habitat inventories & assessment, land use planning and NEPA

LOCATION  Multiple U.S. Bureau of Land Management Parcels, Teton County, WY

CLIENT  Teton County Parks and Recreation Department

YEAR  2012-2014

SCOPE  Conducted natural resource inventories on over 450 acres of river and riparian parcels with mixed use.  Deliverables included documentation reports and mapping to assist with the federal environmental planning process for transfer of federal lands to local government.
